will work with the same
contact person at all
times. We don't
use run of the mill
templates and
pre-designed sites.
Your site will be a
custom work designed to
fit your specific needs.

building. For many
businesses the website
is the first thing their
customers see.
Would you want to do
business with a company
that was in a run down
or unprofessional
setting? You would
hire a professional
carpenter, electrician
and construction crew to
build your building, and
the same applies to your
site. People from
all over the world will
be able to view your
site and you will want
to put your best foot
forward.
Most websites take 4 - 6
weeks if your copy
(text) is already
prepared. Copy
should be in MS Word
format or comparable
electronic format.
We do offer expedited
services for an
additional fee.
Every Website must have
a domain name. It
is your unique address
on the web.
Instead of being at "1
Main St.", your location
would be "yourdomainname.com".
Domain names can be
purchased from many
different sites.
If you would like us to
set it up for you,
please let us know.
There is a small fee for
the setup. Once we
set it up for you, you
will be given the access
information to your
domain name control
panel. You will
then be able to manage,
update, or change your
own information without
any hassels.
Once you have your
domain name, you need a
place to store all the
pictures and code that
make up your website.
You can buy or rent web
space through a hosting
company. We offer
several hosting packages
to fit your needs.
There are also hundreds
of other hosting
companies on the
internet.
If you choose an
alternate hosting
company, please be sure
to check with us to make
sure it offers all of
the services you will
need for your specific
site. Storefronts
and databases are just a
couple of examples of
special needs in your
hosting package.
Simply use the contact
page to let us know what
you are interested in
and give us a brief idea
what your needs are.
We will then contact you
with additional
information, and to give
you a quote on your
specific site.
2) Make a deposit
Once you approve your
quote, you will be
required to pay 50% of
the cost up front.
An invoice will be sent
to you with detailed
charges. No
additional costs will be
added except for
additions requested by
you. Payment can
be in a company check,
Visa or MasterCard.
You can pay online with
our secure server.
Credit card payments are
sent through our parent
company, White Wolf
Spirits.
3) Work with the
web designer
We may be the designers,
but no one knows your
product or service
better than you.
You know your target
audience and your
customers likes and
dislikes. We have
a few forms that will
help us to understand
your needs. They
will be sent to you and
we will go over them
with you by phone or
email.
4) Approve the
draft
Once we receive all the
information, we will
create a layout draft
for you. It may
take more than one
draft. You can
make as many changes as
necessary to the draft.
Once you approve a
draft, we will add the
text you supplied and
any additional
materials. Changes
made after you
approve the draft are
charged at $65/hour.
5) Final approval
Once all the copy and
any additional material
has been added to the
site, it will be sent to
you for final approval.
Once approved, your site
will be uploaded to the
Web and we will fully
test it.
We accept company
checks, Visa and
Mastercard for both the
deposit and the final
payment. If, for
any reason, payment is
declined, it will be
cause to terminate the
site until full payment
is received.
